All most every one gets approved and it took mine about 2 weeks to get in the mail..|||It is an HSBC affiliate ~ so thier computer system can approve or decline you within minutes ( you would know right away), or it would send you to an analyst to decide if you get a card or not which would take a week or so to get a decision.
