How can I change my public records?

For years my house has been getting bills for a person who has our same last name. Threating bills, and also some ad%26#039;s and credit card offers to this same person. And when we moved, his letters kept comming in anyway.

Today I did a public records search, which I didn%26#039;t like %26#039;cause all of them you had to pay for but I found one site that gave me more info besides just the name and age. I found on the public records site that this said man is listed as one of our relatives, and I think also his wife because I found another name there that I don%26#039;t recognize.

Is there a way to change your public records? Because I have no idea who this man is but I don%26#039;t like the idea of him being listed as my relative, mooching off my address

How can I change my public records?

You probably can, but I would get an attorney of some sort to tell you how. I%26#039;m sure there are legal papers and research you%26#039;ll need, it won%26#039;t be as simple as going down to the recorders office and asking them to change it.
