I have a balance of $2200.00 on a credit card. I know that I most likely will not be able to pay it off with a 0% offer once the offer is up. Does anyone know of any credit cards that offer fixed rates until the balance is paid off of 4.99% or lower? If the card offers rewards, that would be fine too. But my main concern is paying off my balance and not incurring any other debt.

The one advertises 2.99% for the life of the balance transfer.
Just remember not to charge anything on it while you are paying the balance transfer since payments go to the lowest rate first and new charges are at the higher rate.
